LOO SIAW FANG

Loo Siaw Fang is the Founder & Principal Regulatory Advisor of Leap Global, with over 14 years of experience in pesticide regulatory affairs in Malaysia. She holds a Master of Applied Science in Medical Entomology, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology and Management of Vectors and Parasites, both from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).

Siaw Fang began her regulatory career in 2012, specialising in the research, development and registration of public health, household and pest-control pesticides. In 2015, she expanded her expertise to include agricultural pesticide registration, gaining comprehensive experience across a broad range of pesticide products and regulatory requirements.

In 2019, she founded Leap Global with the aim of simplifying complex regulatory processes for clients. Guided by her passion for regulatory work and a sincere desire to help, she provides clear, practical and reliable guidance throughout every stage of the registration journey. Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia, Siaw Fang enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and believes in building trusted relationships through open communication, responsiveness and genuine support.

NABEELAH BAHARUDIN

Nabeelah is a Senior Regulatory Associate at Leap Global with approximately five years of experience in pesticide regulatory affairs. She holds a Bachelor of Agriculture in Animal Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a Diploma in Food Estate Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Campus (UPMKB). Her academic background has provided her with a strong foundation in agricultural sciences, scientific research and the interpretation of technical literature knowledge that supports her work in pesticide registration and regulatory compliance.

Nabeelah specialises in the preparation and management of pesticide registration dossiers, regulatory submissions and liaison with the Malaysian Pesticides Board. She is experienced in coordinating projects, reviewing technical documentation and managing end-to-end registration processes for a wide range of pesticide products. She also works closely with pesticide registrants and suppliers to maintain clear communication and ensure that regulatory requirements are properly addressed throughout the process.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Nabeelah is committed to supporting clients with professionalism, care and attention to detail. Her organised and approachable working style helps make the registration process clearer and more manageable for everyone involved.
